Born in West Los Angeles, Matt Beard grew up in Venice Beach, surrounded by surfing, skateboarding, fast cars, loud music…and a camera.
With over 27 years of experience in the photography industry, award winning Photographer & Director Matt Beard leads the team at “West Coast Event Photography”.
Along with having photographed hundreds of corporate events, weddings and portraits; Matt is best known for his commercial and advertising photography work for brands including his recent work for Disney’s 100th (seen on billboards across Southern California), Cirque du Soleil, the Bouqs (2 Addy Awards), Mendocino Farms (1 Addy Award), Apple Music, Microsoft, Porsche, Ferrari, GAP, Levis and many more. Matt is highly regarded for his music and entertainment photography & video work with countless celebrities, models and brands, as well as his frequently requested food and product photography skills.

“I once found myself taking photos at Kobe and Vanessa Bryant’s secret wedding. And, I’ve never had a cavity...ever. I’m not sure if either of these is very impressive, but it makes for a good ice breaker at the bar”.

Originally from Gary, Indiana, Errisson Lawrence went from “Mid-West” to “West Coast” in 2005 to pursue his dreams of working as a full-time professional photographer.
Along with shooting hundreds of events, weddings and portraits, Errisson has been building a spectacular body of commercial and advertising photography work.
Errisson’s work with actor/comedian Kevin Hart has been featured on billboards, posters, magazines and multiple other types of media across the Planet.
Errisson’s work has been featured on the movie posters for the Tupac feature film “All Eyes On Me”, and projects for ALLBLK TV and LIONSGATE. His work for Cirque du Soleil has been seen by audiences and fans around the globe.
